A new line of color markers are available that include a cutting blade in the tip. The result is that when you draw a line with the marker, it cuts the paper. In a sense, it's a cutting blade that draws a line at the same time.
The new product is called, "ColorCutter". More information is available from its website at:
http://www.colorcutter.com
Currently sold in 25 Acid Free colors in Australia, UK, Sweden, Belgium, Germany, USA, Mexico, Canada and South Africa.

I was skeptical about these but then my Mom bought one at a scrapbook fair and now we love them. I bought all the colors! They are the easiest way to crop photos, make paper weaves and do neat effects. I think Michaels carries them now and I know Home Shopping Network sells them. If you want a neat cutting tool, for scrapbooking, you should try one.

It took me a few minutes to figure out how to use them. I read the directions, after a false start, and then figured them right out.
I am using them to crop photos and have made some really neat paper weave backgrounds. It is so easy to use and really quick. I bought black and gold and have the rest of the metalics on order.
Neat product. Love it.

I just found them for sale at a super price at HSN.com. I bought a big full Colorcutter set for only $25! They are really quite fun to use.
